Wrexham A.F.C is a Welsh professional soccer team competing in the National League, England’s fifth tier of professional soccer. Reynolds and McElhenney have confirmed their intention to develop the squad so the team can return to the Sky Bet League Two. During the negotiations about the club’s acquisition, the Wrexham Supporters Trust Board had revealed that potential investors were prepared to immediately invest around $2.5 million into the team.
Both Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are excited about their new business venture. They posted tweets about the news and promoted Wrexham, The Racecourse Ground, and Ifor Williams, the club’s main kit sponsor.
